Free shipping on every order. 🎉

Production Time

Every Murbel case is made on demand, just for you. Production takes 3–7 business days before your order ships. During busy periods or new collection launches, please allow the full 7 days. By only producing what's sold, we avoid overstock and unnecessary waste — better for the planet, better for your case.

Delivery Time

Once your order ships, estimated delivery is:

Germany	5–8 business days
Rest of Europe	6–12 business days
USA & Canada	10–20 business days
Rest of the World	14–25 business days

Please note: delivery time starts after production is complete. Total time from order to doorstep = production time + delivery time.

These are estimates, not guarantees — carriers occasionally run late. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 days of the estimated window, reach out and we'll track it down.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Orders over €59 include free tracking — you'll get a tracking number and link, which also works with your local postal service's tracking system. Tracking info may take 2–3 business days to become active. Orders under €59 ship without tracking.

Customs & Import Fees

We don't cover customs or import fees. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and depend on your country's regulations.

Check Your Address — Twice

Please double-check your shipping address before ordering. We can't offer refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we're happy to reship it once a new shipping fee is paid.
